When you arrive there is a form to fill out with questions about your main concerns, general health and lifestyle. Once completed we will then discuss your concerns in depth so we have a clear understanding of your history. If you have had previous xrays please bring them with you.

To complete the picture we will examine your joints, muscles, nervous system, posture and mobility. We will also conduct a series of tests to find what is causing the discomfort and the hidden factors contributing to it. This will allow us to develop a treatment plan tailored to you.

An adjustment is when a chiropractor applies specific impulse to your body that releases tension and restores function. We will adjust the spine and other joints, work with your muscles and nervous system to improve mobility, strength and communication.

Most conditions have ergonomic and lifestyle patterns that contribute to them. We will help identify these factors so you recover faster. We will also help you find the right excercises to reduce the chances of your condition recurring.  If required we may also refer you for an xray or investigation by other specialists.
